Before us, Antoni Krukowski, Civil officer for the community Szrensk, county Mława, department Płock, residing under number sixty-eight, at the rectory in Szrensk. Appeared Piotr Chądzyński, twenty-seven years old,born from the nobility, unmarried, residing in Bonkowo Zrzady, on the inherited parts, and declared us that in the twentieth day of the current month and year, at seven o'clock in the evening, at house of Mateusz Bonkowski, in Bonkowo Podlesne was born a male child, who he shows us, and to whom he gives the name of Marcin, confessing that he is his father, and that he was begotten of him and Miss Rosalia Bońkowska, twenty-six years old, from the nobility, residing with that same sir Bonkowski, her own brother, and that he intends to conclude the marriage with her. The above statement and presentation [of the child] have been done in the consciousness of honest Wojciech Juzwiak, twenty-five years old, on a farm in Laskowo, and Stanislaw Zielinski, forty years old, farmhand serving and residing in Zaręby.
